Skullcandy UpRock Review

After using my Skull Candy UpRock headphones for a while now I thought it was about time that I wrote my full and in-depth review.

The sound that comes out of the UpRocks is perfect for any type of music as they're not bass heavy & they're not too light on bass so they're perfect for listening to spoken content such as Podcasts along with watching YouTube videos & even gaming.
The flat tangle free cable does prevent most kinds of tangles, but they obviously can't combat knots , but they will combat all tangles that are due to being placed in a bag with the cable wound or bunched up. The cable is of a sufficiently long enough length to be used with an iPod, iPhone or any other type of Smartphone or Media Player in a pocket or bag.

The one downside is that they don't fold up for carrying in a bag or case like all the other more expensive over the ear or on the ear headphones on the market & they're not as pocketable as a pair of earbuds, but they're stylish enough to use when out which makes up for this short fall.

For anyone wanting a pair of on the ear headphones but are on a tight budget that is less than a pair beats, streets or souls then these headphones are about as close as you'll get as long as you don't mind foregoing some of the features that the more expensive brands include, but if your budget can go a few pounds higher then I'd go for the UpRock's that have an in-line mic and Remote for the convenience of being able to make and receive phone calls without having to un-plug your headphones from your phone.
