Huawei E5330 Mobile WiFi Router Review

After using the Huawei E5330  Mobile WiFi Router for a few months it's a very capable little router that's very pocketable, this means that there is no excuse to forget to take it with you where ever you go.

The 3G speeds that you achieve when using this device are no match to what you get with Land-line Broadband, but it's more than acceptable for doing all the normal things that you could want to do while Mobile.

Battery Life

The battery life is excellent on this little device and can provide hours of use on a single charge meaning that it can provide you with a days worth of continuous use provided that the signal is good, the weaker the signal then the less use you'll get on a full charge.

Web Management Interface

The web management interface is very simple to use and provides all the information and settings that you could ever need to manage your portable network and help keep you Online for as long as the battery can last.

Other

There is mobile Apps for both Android and iOS devices to allow you to do all of the same management things as you can in the web interface in a nice and simple graphically intensive way.

I'll review the iOS management app at a later date.

Conclusion

I'd recommend the Huawei E5330 Mobile WiFi Hotspot for anyone that is on the go a lot or just needs a backup for their Broadband connection, especially if you're on a capped tariff to help keep you Online once you've gone through your monthly allowance.
